Message:
As believers, our inheritance is not bound to this world but is found in the Kingdom of Light. Today, let’s explore Colossians 1:12-13 and reflect on the profound truth of our “Inheritance in the Kingdom of Light.”
Our inheritance is not earned through our efforts but is graciously bestowed upon us by the Father. Through Christ, He has qualified us to be recipients of the glorious inheritance reserved for His holy people.
Before our redemption, we were under the dominion of darkness. However, through Christ’s sacrifice, we have been rescued and brought into the Kingdom of Light. This kingdom is marked by righteousness, peace, and the presence of God.
In the Kingdom of Light, we share in the inheritance of God’s holy people. This inheritance is rich with blessings, including eternal life, fellowship with God, and the promise of a future secured by the love of the Son.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, we thank you for qualifying us to share in the inheritance of your holy people in the Kingdom of Light. Help us to live in the reality of this inheritance, embracing the righteousness and peace that come from being in your presence. May our lives reflect the love of the Son. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
