🔥 Today’s Focus:

The Finger of God

When God Leaves His Mark

📖 Scripture Reading:
Exodus 8:16–19
Luke 11:20
Daniel 5:5–31

📌 Key Verse:
“But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you.”Luke 11:20 (KJV)

When the magicians of Egypt could no longer replicate the miracles Moses performed, they confessed, “This is the finger of God” (Exodus 8:19). Even the enemies of God had to acknowledge a power beyond human skill. That’s what happens when the finger of God touches a matter — it becomes undeniably divine.

The finger of God represents His direct intervention. It’s when He puts His signature on your situation. It’s subtle, but strong. Quiet, yet conclusive. It might not come with thunder, but the results will silence opposition.

In Luke 11:20, Jesus used the same phrase: “If I cast out demons by the finger of God…” Meaning, God doesn’t need His full arm to defeat darkness—just a finger. One touch is enough to break chains, heal bodies, reverse verdicts, and change stories.

When the finger of God shows up:

  • What was written against you can be rewritten (Daniel 5:5).
  • What no one could do for years happens in a moment.
  • Natural laws are suspended for divine outcomes.

💭 Reflection:

Are you trying to force what only God’s finger can fix? Let Him leave His mark. The finger of God is about to touch your situation and prove He’s still the Almighty.

Live It Out:

Stop struggling to make things happen. Invite God’s finger to write the next chapter of your story. Pray today: “Lord, let Your finger touch this area of my life…”

🗣️ Declaration:

The finger of God is at work in my life. He is rewriting my story, removing opposition, and revealing His glory through me. It is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvellous in my eyes!

📖 Memory Verse:

“This is the LORD’s doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.”Psalm 118:23 (KJV)
