TOPIC: WISDOM IS YOUR CAPITAL
Scripture:The most important thing is wisdom, so acquire wisdom and acquire understanding with all of your resources. (7) Proverbs 4
MESSAGE:
King Solomon was the most intelligent and wealthy person who ever lived before Jesus. One day, God appeared in his room and inquired about his desires. Solomon had mastered the art of asking discreetly and precisely; he asked for wisdom knowing full well that intelligence was the foundation for all other needs.
You need wisdom to succeed in life. It is a requirement for efficiency, growth, and stability.
According to Proverbs 4:7, wisdom is the most important thing and the foundation! The wisdom being discussed here is not the wisdom that comes with age or experience, nor is it the wisdom of this world because, to God, it is foolishness. Because it is said in 1 Corinthians 3:19 that “he taketh the wise in their own craftiness.” Here, we are dealing with heavenly wisdom, or perception of reality.
Galatians 3:27 states that “as many of you that have been baptized into Christ has been put into Christ”; after that, Colossians 2:3 states that all the riches of wisdom and understanding are hidden in Christ. As a result, if you have put on Christ by virtue of your new birth (2nd Corinthians 5:17), you have done so in a way that entails having put on all the riches of wisdom and knowledge. It makes sense that the Bible says you are complete in Christ since He is Wisdom made Flesh (Colossians 2:10; 1 Corinthians 1:30).
Therefore, Christ is your wisdom; it is referred to be excellent wisdom since it cannot be improved upon. Your assurance for a life of continual success, victory, and perfection is walking in this wisdom, which has been made available to you in Christ.
PRAYER:
I’m full of the wisdom of God, for Christ is made unto me wisdom! That Wisdom is in my heart and in my mouth today! I function in it; I’m guided by it; and I’m growing in it daily as I continually meditate on the word and fellowship with the Holy spirit.
