đŸ”„ Today’s Focus:

No More Wasted Years

Scripture Reading:
Joel 2:21–27

Key Verse:
“I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten…” — Joel 2:25 (KJV)

Have you ever looked back and felt like time slipped through your fingers? Perhaps years were lost to wrong choices, painful seasons, delays, or circumstances beyond your control. But the God you serve is not just the Creator of time—He’s the Restorer of time.

In Joel 2, God promises to restore the years stolen by the enemy—the years devoured by the locust, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar. These weren’t just bugs; they symbolized forces that drained Israel’s harvest and joy. Yet God didn’t just say He would give them a new harvest—He promised to restore the years.

That means God is able to redeem time. He can accelerate your progress, multiply your results, and give you more in one year than you lost in ten. With God, there are no wasted years—only testimony-filled recoveries.

Reflection:

What have you considered a “wasted” season in your life? Invite God into it today and ask for restoration—not just of things, but of time, purpose, and peace.

Live It Out:

Stop mourning over lost time. Start declaring restoration. Ask the Lord to breathe new life into every dead area of your past and to make your latter days greater than your former ones.

Declaration:

No more wasted years! God is restoring my time, my peace, my strength, my opportunities, and my joy. I walk in divine recovery. I will see double for my trouble and beauty for my ashes.

Memory Verse:

“And the Lord shall guide thee continually
and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.” — Isaiah 58:11 (KJV)
