Title: “The Wind of Glory”

Scripture Reading: Ezekiel 37:9 (NIV)

“Then he said to me, ‘Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Come, breath, from the four winds and breathe into these slain, that they may live.”‘”

Message:
In the Scriptures, the wind is often associated with the movement of the Holy Spirit. Today, let’s explore Ezekiel 37:9 and reflect on the significance of “The Wind of Glory.”

Ezekiel’s vision of the dry bones speaks to a spiritual reality—a need for the breath of God to bring life. The four winds symbolize the Spirit’s all-encompassing power, reaching every corner and breathing life into the lifeless.

Just as the wind cannot be seen but its effects are evident, the Holy Spirit works in our lives in ways beyond our comprehension. The Wind of Glory carries the transformative power of God, bringing revival, restoration, and renew.

As believers, we can invoke the Wind of Glory in our prayers. Like Ezekiel, we can prophesy to the breath of God, asking the Holy Spirit to breathe life into situations that seem dry and hopeless. The Wind of Glory can turn desolation into a field of life and abundance.

Prayer:
Sovereign Lord, we invite the Wind of Glory to blow in our lives. Breathe into our circumstances, our hearts, and our spirits. Revive what seems lifeless and bring forth the beauty of your presence. May your Spirit move in mighty ways, bringing life and glory. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
