Title: “Dominion Over Adversary”

Scripture Reading: Luke 10:19 (NIV)

“I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.”

Message:
In the spiritual journey, believers are equipped with authority and dominion over the adversary. Today, let’s explore Luke 10:19 and reflect on the empowering truth of “Dominion Over Adversary.”

Jesus assures His disciples of the authority He has given them. This authority extends beyond the physical realm, empowering them to trample on spiritual adversaries and overcome the power of the enemy.

The promise is clear—those who walk in the authority of Jesus will not be harmed by the schemes of the adversary. This assurance brings comfort and confidence, knowing that in Christ, we have the upper hand in spiritual battles.

The imagery of trampling on snakes and scorpions symbolizes victory over the deceptive and harmful tactics of the enemy. As believers, we are called to stand firm in the authority of Jesus, confidently facing and overcoming spiritual opposition.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank you for the authority and dominion you have given us over the adversary through Jesus Christ. Help us to walk confidently in this authority, knowing that nothing will harm us. Grant us discernment to recognize and overcome the tactics of the enemy. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
