Scripture: Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed (John 20:29).
Message:
There was a man who detested everything about Jesus. Even though his wife was a Christian, he forbade her from attending church. Without telling him, his wife went on a nearby crusade one day. He became enraged and attacked the location, searching among the crowd for his wife. Everyone looked around to see what had happened when a sudden, loud cry shook the area. The individual shouted, “He’s genuine! He’s actually there!” He claims that Jesus appeared to him and informed him that his sins had been forgiven.
The man needed to see Jesus in person to get convinced, but he didn’t need to wait until he had an amazing encounter to become convinced. It’s comparable to the account of Thomas, who wasn’t convinced that Jesus had risen from the grave until He appeared to him and commanded, “Thomas, Put your finger here and look at my hands!” Squeeze my side with your hand. Stop questioning your faith and stop doubting!” “You are my Lord and my God!” Thomas retorted. Thomas, do you have faith in me now that you have seen me? Jesus asked. The ones who truly benefit are those who believe in me even though they cannot see me. (CEV John 20:26–29).
You don’t have to wait till something extraordinary happens in your life before you realize that God loves you and wants to make it full of goodness. You simply need to rely on His Word as proof. It’s important to keep in mind that, according to the Bible, “faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1). Before claiming your prosperity in Christ, don’t wait until your pockets or bank account are stuffed full of cash! Don’t hold off on announcing your recovery until the symptoms are away! Declare that you currently enjoy life, health, tranquility, and joy. Your faith will bring about results.
Prayer:
I’m a new creature in Christ Jesus, awakened to the fatherhood of God. All things are mine because I’m Abraham’s seed. I look through the eyes of faith and see my glorious inheritance in Christ!
