Moments Of Faith Daily Devotional 24 November 2023 By Prophet Frank Udoh

Title: “He Gave Us Life and Made Us Life-Givers”

Scripture Reading: Genesis 2:7 (NIV)

“Then the Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.”

Message:
In the beauty of creation, God not only gave us life but also endowed us with the capacity to be life-givers. Today, we reflect on Genesis 2:7, acknowledging the profound truth that God breathed life into us, empowering us to share that life with others.

The act of God forming humanity from the dust of the ground reveals His intentional and creative involvement in our existence. We are not haphazardly here; we are intricately designed by the Creator.

God’s unique touch is seen in the breath of life He imparts. It signifies more than mere physical existence; it’s a spiritual and vital connection to the One who is the source of all life.

As beings infused with God’s breath, we are designed to be life-givers. Through our actions, words, and love, we have the opportunity to bring life and vitality to the world around us.

Prayer:
Gracious Creator, thank you for the gift of life and for breathing Your life into us. Help us to recognize the sacredness of life and embrace our role as life-givers. May our existence bring glory to You as we share the abundant life You have given us. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

May this devotion on Genesis 2:7 remind you of the sacredness of life and the responsibility to be life-givers. May you reflect God’s creative and life-giving nature in your interactions, bringing vitality and hope to those around you.
